Terra is providing development management services to Affordable Housing Societies in the redevelopment of their Pinetree Court housing project. Terra has worked with Affordable since 1984, together completing more than 2000 units of affordable housing.
The Ozada Avenue site is well located for families, but the site is underutilized and the current townhomes are reaching the end of their life cycle. Terra worked with the Society to successfully apply for funding under the Building BC: Community Housing Fund.
