Now under construction, this six-storey, affordable family project will feature 90 one, two and three bedroom units. The project presents an exciting opportunity for families with a range of incomes to live on the North Shore, where affordable housing has been increasingly difficult to secure. The new building is well located, next to the Phibbs transit exchange and features indoor and outdoor amenity space.
Terra is the development manager for the project. Terra worked with Sanford Housing Society, in partnership with Hollyburn Community Services Society, to submit the successful proposal to the District of North Vancouver RFEOI to develop housing on the District-owned site. Terra subsequently worked to submit a successful funding application for the project under the 2018 Building BC Community Housing Fund and has been working diligently with the District of North Vancouver to move the project through the development process.
