This project has 20 one- and two-bedroom units for homeless and homeless-at-risk youth, between the ages of 16 and 19, as well as a suite for a resident manager. The two-bedroom units house young single mothers. The project provides safe, supportive and affordable housing in a drug, alcohol and violence-free environment. Features include a community room, computer room, play area for children, an outdoor basketball court and a garden space.
