Evergreen Plaza

Phase II of Evergreen Plaza is a proposed six-storey building featuring 138 family units, with accessible features in 24% of units to address the need for more affordable family housing in the Ladner area. The project will include an internal courtyard with a play area, as well as an amenity space on the project’s third level above the parkade. Currently in the predevelopment phase, the project is scheduled to begin construction in 2025.

Terra has a long relationship with Affordable Housing Societies providing development management services since 1984. Together, Terra and Affordable have completed over 2,000 homes. For this project, Terra is coordinating design, zoning, permitting, contract business terms, due diligence and financing.
