The Students’ Union Building at Douglas College is comprised of 3 floors of meeting spaces, offices and amenities in a stand-along building on campus. The interior was due to be reconfigured and updated to better serve the needs of the student community. TAM was hired as the project manager to assemble the design and construction team, then act as owner’s representative overseeing the work on site. Phase 1 (Level 1 and Level 3) was completed first; Phase 2 (Level 2 administrative offices and meeting spaces) is also now complete.
