TAM assembled and coordinated the design and construction team for this office renovation, representing the owner from initial purchase of the tenanted strata unit to occupancy for a customized new space. A former doctor’s office that was a fine example of 1970’s architecture was transformed into a hip and modern home for the BC Federation of Students in the up-and-coming Brewery District of New Westminster, near the Sapperton Skytrain Station.
