We participate in construction meetings, help you resolve construction issues that arise, account for project costs, and facilitate advances from financing agencies. Depending on the project and your needs, we can help coordinate the marketing, pre-leasing or pre-sales process.

Our claims department carefully manages financial outlays throughout the construction phase, to account for all project costs. These tasks include gathering essential documentation, handling GST and HST tracking, filing and reconciling, tracking budgets and change orders, and maintaining comprehensive financial records.
