Terra is working with PHS Community Services Society as the non-profit partner to design, build, finance, operate and maintain this project. The building will include 158 mixed income, independent, affordable housing units including two outdoor roof top amenity spaces with urban agriculture and play areas. The ground floor will be home to community service spaces, including a Community Economic Development Hub which is envisioned as a community-led market and maker space to support low barrier vending, local crafts, and help build a safer survival.
Terra is providing full development management services for the project which has included working with PHS to identify the land interest from the City of Vancouver, assisting with capital and operating funding applications, and managing oversight of the design and construction procurement processes.
The project is in development with expected completion in 2027.
