Lock Lane Co-op Renovation

TAM produced an asset management plan, submitted the funding application for renovations and provided project management services for this 30 unit townhouse co-op.  Construction was completed in 2016 on a complete envelope replacement (roofing, insulation, siding, decks, windows, doors), interior upgrades (kitchens, bathrooms, painting, flooring, mechanical, electrical) and site work (concrete patios, asphalt repairs, landscaping).  Check out the drone video of the renovations.
