TAM produced an asset management plan, submitted the funding application for renovations and provided project management services for this 30 unit townhouse co-op. Construction was completed in 2016 on a complete envelope replacement (roofing, insulation, siding, decks, windows, doors), interior upgrades (kitchens, bathrooms, painting, flooring, mechanical, electrical) and site work (concrete patios, asphalt repairs, landscaping).
