Terra worked with the Foundation to complete this 10 storey building which houses seniors and families. The project is located in historic Yaletown, a revitalized warehouse district containing apartments, condos, restaurants and unique shops. The project helped address the lack of affordable housing option in the area. The project won the 1994 Gold Georgie Award for Most Creative Community Housing Project.
