This 136 unit project brought together three societies to provide a variety of housing and support services.  Affordable housing units in the Downtown South had been lost due to gentrification and this project helped to address the need for area residents.  A percentage of the tenants in this project are nominated by the McLaren Housing Society (which provides housing to people who are HIV positive or have AIDS) and by the Coast Foundation (which houses people with mental health problems).  The remaining units are targeted at low-income urban singles from the area.  Coast Foundation operates a drop-in centre on the main floor.  Affordable Housing has retained Terra as development management consultant on 30 projects together completing over 1000 new units.
