Singles

Terra has worked with 19 housing providers to deliver more than 1,200 new units of affordable independent housing for singles as well as numerous supportive housing projects which house singles. Many of these projects are in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside, where there is a pressing need for preserving affordable rental housing.
