Clients

Terra encourages organizations to contact us when their development idea won't leave them alone. If you don't know your next step, contacting Terra should be your next step.
It is Terra’s job to represent and protect our clients’ interests. We meet with you to obtain a full understanding of the goals and objectives your organization wishes to achieve through your housing project. Then, we develop custom solutions to meet the needs and unique circumstances of each client and each project. Since 1984 we have worked with more than 160 clients to help them realize their housing goals.
For our clients, having Terra on your team provides you with the assurance that your project can become a reality and provides your funders with the assurance that the development process will be done appropriately and responsibly.
Terra’s clients include Aboriginal groups and governments, co-operatives, church groups, community centres, service groups, student unions, not-for-profit societies and government agencies. Many of our long-standing clients continue to return to Terra with new project ideas.
